Getting new visors for the old models has been a challenge for a long time. Also the pre-tinted nature of the OEM parts means people are limited on what type of customisation they can do with them, other than applying stickers.
I wanted to see if it was possible to make new 1:1 visor parts that were transparent and could be made in any colour. My first attempt at this was with the ERS-220's visor. I had never seen custom visors for the 220 discussed and I was heavily inspired by Kawamori's original 220 concept art to make brightly coloured ones!

Making the mold and creating new visors were surprisingly easy if you don't mind the odd flaw being present. Air bubbles and missed zones are common during the process of creation, so it all depends on how the resin is injected and luck.
Thankfully I got a nice looking orange visor made for Zero. ^_^

多少の欠陥を気にしなければ、金型製作と新しいバイザーの製作は。製作過程では気泡や成形漏れが発生することがよくあるので、すべては樹脂の注入方法と運次第です。
幸いなことに、Zero用の見栄えの良いオレンジ色のバイザーが製作できました。 ^_^
