Both ERS-320 prototypes are mostly the same hardware-wise, but Enigma does have some additional differences. His shell is unpainted resin unlike Astro's shell which appears to have been painted by the staff member who adopted him. Enigma has a bluetooth board unlike Astro. Both Astro and Enigma seem to have had their side headboards swapped around at one point as they have eachothers EVT stickers on them. Enigma runs software at the same speed as retail 31x aibos, but Astro seems to process things slower.
