At the 20th aibo Fan Meeting held in Yokohama 22nd November 2025, two Kinako prototypes were publicly displayed that featured flocked 'suede' texture similar to the ERS-311B/X body panels. One prototype featured the classic kinako edition face pattern while the other faceplate was pure light cream. The rest of the aibo is the same as the retail kinako edition.
When examining the serial number of one of the prototypes, it was revealed to have a serial number starting with '999' as seen with some of the display aibos at various Sony stores.
2025年11月22日に横浜で開催された第20回aiboファンミーティングでは、ERS-311B/Xのボディパネルに似たフロック加工のスエード調素材を使用したきなこエディションのプロトタイプ2体が公開展示されました。プロトタイプ1体は定番のきなこエディションのフェイスパターンを、もう1体は淡いクリーム色のフェイスプレートを採用しています。その他の部分は市販のきなこエディションと同じです。
プロトタイプ1体のシリアル番号を調べたところ、ソニーストアで展示されているaiboの一部と同様に、「999」から始まるシリアル番号であることが判明しました。
