This official book serves as an introduction to the ERS-110 and aibo. Due to the timeframe of when the book was released, it mainly focuses on the initial reception to aibo from various owners while also covering topics such as understanding aibo's functions, the RoboCup and talks about development of aibo. The book is quite colourful, being dotted with many fun scenario comics and sketches that appear to be by Doi. The Robocup section features rare images of 'Prototype no.6' robots in various colours playing at the event.
It serves as an interesting insight to the very early days of aibo in a light hearted manor. Its a much more accessible, easier to obtain (and cheaper) alternative to the 'AIBO is BORN!' book which is rarer and often fetches a high price on auction sites.
