The event was held at Tsukuba EXPO Center (a science museum hosted in the repurposed remains of an Expo 85’ building and home to one of the largest planetariums in the world). The event area wasn’t large as it utilised one of the conference rooms, but still managed to fit in an aibo demonstration table, a mini ‘Aibo Run’ area and a seated presentation area. The event was free and open to the public.
Despite being in a less-central location, there was still a decent turn out for the aibo run, There were a number of older models running around or on charge. Attendance was on a come-as-you-please basis.
The presentation was hosted by a member of the aibo software development team, but he gave a presentation overview on many aspects of aibo including the construction, hardware, software and life with aibo.

プレゼンテーションはaiboソフトウェア開発チームのメンバーが司会を務め、aiboの構造、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、そしてaiboとの生活など、aiboの様々な側面について概要を説明しました。
