Hello Aibo! Type B is a later software released for the ERS-210 and ERS-220 robots. Unlike the original Hello Aibo software, which was intended as a basic software to give people the option to skip aibo's personality development in Aibo Life, Hello Aibo Type B instead gives a completely unique experience. In this software, your aibo will take the role of either a trusty Knight if it is an ERS-220 or a selfish King if it is an ERS-210. Both feature completely different sets of animations, sound effects and personality quirks, so it is recommended to try the software in both 2xx series robots to witness the full feature set of the software!
The key focus of the software was to give users a more laid-back aibo which would sing classical music at certain times of the day based on aibo's internal clock.
