I found this ERS-1000 prototype buried in an FCC report while doing research. It appears to be a DVT unit which still exhibits some minor changes compared to the production model. The faceplate and tail ornament are black, with them also having brown ear hub plastics. The finish on the knee covers is different and the white shells aren't as finished. Curiously, there is a hole visible on the back sensor cover (maybe the power light was going to be located there?).
The back inner leg plastics are black for some reason, which make me think there maybe a similar prototype to this one with black shells. The tail hub is also a grey/brown colour.
The aibo only seems to have one ear attached in one picture, and on close inspection the ear shape is slightly different to production.

リサーチ中にFCC報告書の中に埋もれていたERS-1000のプロトタイプを発見しました。DVTユニットのようですが、量産モデルと比べて若干の変更が見られます。フェイスプレートとテールオーナメントは黒で、イヤーハブのプラスチックも茶色です。膝カバーの仕上げも異なり、白いシェルもそれほど仕上げられていません。不思議なことに、背面センサーカバーに穴が見えます（もしかしたら電源ランプがそこに配置される予定だったのかもしれません?）。
後ろ脚の内側のプラスチックがなぜか黒色なので、このプロトタイプと似たような黒いシェルを持つプロトタイプが存在するのではないかと考えています。尻尾のハブもグレー/ブラウンです。
